Breakfast

We offer a rich Breakfast Buffet in our hotels. You can enjoy it for as low as 5 € per person and day, inclusive coffee / tea unlimited refills.

Eleazar Novum, Graf Moltke Novum, Kronprinz Novum, City Aparthotel Novum: every day 6.30 - 11.00.
all other Novum Hotels: Monday - Friday 6.30 - 10.30 Saturday - Sunday 6.30 - 11.00.

You can also enjoy your breakfast at your room. Please call the Reception or choose directly from the buffet.

Sauna

If you want to relax you can use our sauna inside the Hotel Eleazar Novum (adress: Bremer Reihe 12-14). As a guest of a Novum Hotel you can use this for 8 EUR (Room card required) ( + 4 EUR for bath robe - if needed).

Baggage

We are pleased to help you with carrying your Baggage at the check-in and check-out days. Our secured luggage room ist located at the Reception.

Parking

Our Parking Lot is about 150 meters from the Hotel Polo. Please check the Hotel Polo price list at the Reception or in your room.

Wake up call

If you're looking for a wake up call, just inform the Reception, and we wake you up just in time.

Taxi

Order a taxi at the Reception and it will arrive within 2 minutes at the front entrance.

Conference Room

Please ask for our conference room when planing your business meetings. We can host up to 13 people in our conference room at Polo Novum (Adenauerallee 7). The conference room is equipped with Internet access, beamer and flipchart. We can serve sandwiches, cookies, fruits, coffee, tea and soft drinks. For lunch there are very many restaurants nearby.
